Pudina Paneer is an interesting veg recipe which you could try at home. The paneer recipe is wildly delicious & is definite to be liked by all age groups people. If you're tired from having the same old butter-laden Paneer Butter Masala, Kadhai Paneer or Shahi Paneer & like to try something innovative and new then it must be the go-to dish. The delicious North Indian dish is made in mint gravy & tastes good when paired with, lachcha paratha, naan or chapati. If you are preparing to host the house party & wish to treat the guests with anything new then go for it. This is simple-to-make & could be prepared in only 2 simple steps. Pair the paneer dish with raita of your preference & you're just sorted.

Ingredients for Pudina Paneer:
Cottage cheese - 300 gm 
Medium sliced onion - one 
Pureed tomato - two 
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Refined oil - four tbsp
Powdered turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp

How to prepare Pudina Paneer:
Step 1) Take a vessel & heat oil into it on a medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add the onions & saute them until they become little pinkish in hue. Then have turmeric, salt and chili powder. Stir the mix properly so that the raw masalas are cooked finely.

Step 2) Now add the pureed tomato pulp & cook until it begins to leave these sides of the vessel. Then have malai paneer (cottage cheese), dried mint leaves. Continue stirring over low flame. After a few mins, have garam masala & cook for further two to three mins. Pudina Paneer is prepared to be served. You could serve the delectable paneer recipe along with roti, naan or even lachcha paratha.
