Paneer Pudina Tikki: The Combination of Paneer and Pudina

This delicious starter features a superb combination of Pudina and Paneer. 

This starter recipe takes less than 15 minutes to cook including preparation and cooking time and serves total 8 Tikkis with the usage of ingredients (Quantity) mentioned here. If any guests arrive at the eleventh hour and you have nothing left at home, then you can surely serve this recipe and impress them with your cooking talent.

The Ingredients Required to make Paneer Pudina Tikki
  • Paneer (Grated) - 1 Cup
  • Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped) - ¼ Cup
  • Green Chillies ( Finely Chopped) - 2 Tsp
  • Cornflakes - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - Cooking + Greasing

For Garnish
  • Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp

For Serving
  • Tomato Ketchup

The Process to make Paneer Pudina Tikka 

1) In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and Mix them well.

2) Then make 8 portions from the mixture and shape them into a flat round tikki.

3) Take a non-stick tava and add few drops of oil.

4) Then put prepared tikkis over it and cook from both the sides until they turn golden brown. 

5) Once done, remove them and put on an absorbent paper. 

6) Put chaat masala from the top.

6) Paneer Pudina Tikki is ready. Serve hot with Green Chutney and Tomato Ketchup.
